Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what you send us in the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, dates, city and your message. We use it solely to answer your request and prepare a booking.
No tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. Your browser stores only your language and sound preferences.
Children’s images
Every photo and video of the children is published with the consent of their parents, and of the child where they are old enough to decide for themselves. We never publish their school, home address or any location data, and the image files carry no geotags. Parents may ask us to remove any image at any time, without giving a reason, and we take it down the same day. Please do not copy or reuse the images without written permission.
Storage and your rights
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR you may ask us at any time what we store about you, and request correction or deletion.
